Buying unstitched online is simpler than it sounds. You receive the fabric pieces pre-cut and ready to take to your tailor. Sterling House fabric comes pre-washed and clearly labelled. All you need to do is choose your style and hand it over.
We photograph all fabrics under natural light to show true colour. Screen calibrations vary, so there may be a slight difference — but we always err on the side of accuracy. If you're unsure about a shade, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Absolutely. Sterling House fabrics are chosen specifically for their workability. Cotton, cotton blends, and our premium weaves are all tailor-friendly. Your local tailor will have no issues — these are the same fabrics used in boutiques across Bengaluru.
Our fabrics are built to last. With the right care — dry clean for embellished pieces, gentle machine wash for plain cottons — they retain their colour, weave, and structure for years. Many of our customers come back season after season.
Ready-to-wear is convenient but fixed in size and style. Unstitched gives you a custom fit, your choice of silhouette, and an outfit that nobody else has. For the same price, you get something made exactly for your body and your occasion.

Policies

Orders dispatched within 24 hours Mon–Sat. Delivered in 3–5 working days pan India. Tracking link sent on WhatsApp.
7-day easy exchange on all unstitched fabric. Item must be uncut and in original packaging. Raise a request on WhatsApp.
Dry clean for embellished pieces. Gentle machine wash (cold) for plain cottons. Do not bleach. Iron on medium heat on reverse.
