At Sterling House, we take pride in presenting our designs with utmost clarity. Should you wish to explore another style, you have up to 30 days from receiving your order to exchange your items.

You can let us know your preferred exchange piece, ensuring it's of equal or greater value. If you prefer to delay your purchase, we can issue you an online credit note redeemable in-store only.

Here are a few things to keep in mind when returning items for exchange:

Ensure all items are returned with their original tags, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any perfume, deodorant, or detergent scents. Refunds and cancellations are not available. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We accept returns and exchanges only for damaged products, incorrect orders, or discrepancies between the received item and the displayed image.

Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores and vice versa.
No exchange/return/refund is entertained if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.

Color Variation Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen resolution, lighting, and photography, the actual product color may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This natural variation does not qualify as a defect. If you have any questions about a specific shade, please reach out to us before making a purchase.

Shipping Within India

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India that are above 1500 Rupees.
Shipping Fee: Orders below 1500 Rupees will incur a shipping charge of 99 Rupees per order. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
Dispatch Time: We process and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days from the date of purchase.
Delivery Time: The product will be delivered between 5-7 working days from date of dispatch.
Shipping Notification: If there are any delays in shipping your order, our Customer Care team will promptly notify you via email or phone.

International Shipping

Free Shipping: Orders with a cart value of 8000 Rupees or more qualify for free international shipping.
Shipping Fee: For orders below 8000 Rupees, a minimal shipping fee will apply. The specific shipping fee for your location will be displayed during checkout.
Dispatch Time: International orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday, similar to domestic orders.
Delivery Time: International delivery times vary based on the destination country and local customs processing times.
