Pick-up is free within India. No reverse pick up internationally.

In case of exchanges due to defects or errors on our part, we offer online credit vouchers. Unfortunately, we do not provide cash refunds.

Shipping is free within India for orders above 1500 Rupees. Orders below 1500 Rupees incur a non-refundable charge of 99 Rupees.
For international orders below 8000 Rupees, a nominal shipping fee applies. Purchases above 8000 Rupees qualify for free international shipping. The Shipping fee depends on your address. please head to the checkout page to know the value.
Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order in 2-3 working days. Should there be a delay, you will be informed by the Customer care team.
COD is only available at selected zip codes and for orders below 10000 Rupees.
